Refund policy
Due to each item being custom made, we will not accept returns unless item is wrong size, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it's receive and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make it right with you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received request for refund and have inspected your order. Some refunds will require a return, if that is the case buyer is responsible for returning item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a store credit.
